Welcome to my blog; I’m delighted that you stopped by. My name is Andrew and I’ve been struggling for years with my weight. For weeks or even months I got myself into pretty good shape only for things to get worse again. You might familiar with that lose-and-regain pattern: well, that’s been me up until about two years ago!
Just around that time I actually suffered from a nasty back injury which put me out of work for nearly six months. I could hardly walk for nearly two of those months and the pain was almost unbearable at times. During my recovery, the doctors just looked at me and simply told me that my biggest problem was my weight and was probably the main cause behind my back injury.
So as I started to recover, I swore that I never wanted to go through that pain again and this time around, decided to take some serious and sustainable action to keep my weight down. I had to find some way of doing a reasonable amount of exercise, learn to change my eating habits whilst coping with the usual stress and rushing around like a looney-tune : you know, things that most of us have to cope and manage with everyday like work and family.
Whilst lying flat on my back, I decided to also embark on some pretty heavy-duty research looking around and researching diet supplements and general information on losing weight. Believe me, that’s not an easy task with so much information out there!
So I’m hoping this blog will help you out, save you some time and lose a lot of weight!! Believe me: if I can do it, so can you!
You’ll notice that I try to keep my comments, reviews, etc pretty humorous whilst informative at the same time – that’s just the way I am. So don’t say I didn’t warn you
